Returns/Policy
Due to Covid19, we will not be able to accept returns.
Please be sure to read the item description and check the size chart. And adhere to the following:
- Order cancellation must be made by request. Each request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. Please contact us at order@luxbabeco.com to request additional instruction.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, smoke, missing tags, stains.
- Return/Exchange items will require additional shipping cost.
- Final Sale merchandise are FINAL SALE, no exceptions!
- Shipping and handling are non refundable.
- Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. Damage good items will be considered for exchange. Items must be UNWORN and/or free of signs of wear.
- Notification of request to exchange items must be made via email at order@luxbabeco.com.
- All items are inspected before shipping. Any returned items will also be inspected. ANY item that does not match the original condition will not be considered for store credit/exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY
All US orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping arrival is 2-5 business days not to include weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-5 business day for processing prior to shipping.
- PLEASE double, triple check the address entered for shipping. Lux Babes & Co will not be responsible to incorrect address entries.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com or by calling (800)275-8777.
- Tracking numbers with delivered status and have an issue such as, damage, stolen packages, missing or delivered to wrong address must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
- You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge.
